This place is awesome! Great beds, great service, and great prices. Love the attention you get with the “by appointment only” schedule. I work late so being able to go at 6 pm and shop was perfect. I highly recommend this business!
Awesome service – delivery next day – really friendly delivery guys, Frank & Isi were awesome they setup the bed quick and removed the old platform being very careful not to scratch any walls or floors! I give these guys a five star + and great recommendation!

Dino was super helpful and made picking mattresses for our guest room and child’s room easy. The delivery guys were great, very professional. They even put on the bed skirts for me. Great experience!
The customer service was excellent and they helped me pick out something perfect for my mattress. I also picked up the bamboo sheets which have literally been the coolest and most comfortable sheets I have ever used (especially for the price).
This is a top notch company. They were honest, very helpful and made my bed buying process super easy. Keoni and Richie were on it! They gave me a 15 minute window of time delivery, arrived on time and even put on my mattress cover for me. Super professional company and I highly recommend them!

Today was my third purchase / delivery from Maui Bed Store. The mattresses and furniture are terrific and a good value. Chris and EC were great at letting me know what time they would be arriving to make the delivery. They are cheerful and helpful! I highly recommend Maui Bed Store for your mattress, chest of drawers, or nightstand needs.
Good service from Dino. He gave me very nice quality twin mattresses (2) for a great price. Had them delivered the next day. His delivery guys, Boi and Saia, took apart the old frames and assembled the new ones. They were very professional. I then realized I should have also purchased two new box frames as mine were broken (kids jumping on the beds). Dino is sending those out tomorrow!! Good prices and great service.
We needed a mattress quick for our rental property but only had one open day that would work for delivery. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size king mattress and called Dino panicking since we had guests coming the next day. He not only exchanged the mattress out the next morning but did not charge me any extra. Not sure if the Maui bed store is the cheapest but they do an amazing job with service!!

I contacted them on Monday about getting a new bed for my new place. They delivered and set it up on Wednesday! 2 days later! Their service, response time, respect to their costumers, and the care and pride they take in their work is superior to the rest. Service and treatment you can find nowhere else. Boi and Isi were kind, helpful, and alters to be sure that their service met my specific needs. For that I am beyond grateful and will continue to use their services for all my needs that they can meet. THANK YOU!!!
Did an excellent job helping me to pick out a mattress. Dino was great to work with, made the whole process very stress free. I bought a queen size. I didn’t buy a box spring. When the mattress was delivered I found I didn’t have s queen box spring. Chris at the store helped me out. I called him .He sold me 1 for only $100.00 & delivered it about an hour later. The prices were really competitive, service is outstanding & delivery is quick. No more than a few days wait.

We were getting complaints about our bed at our rental and decided it was now time for a new California King. We contacted the Maui Bed Store and worked with Chris who made the recommendation of what type of bed would work best for our guests. The bed was delivered today just in time for our guests arrival. Thanks to Chris for his excellent customer service and working so well with owners that are off-Island. Four years ago we purchased our twin beds for the guest bedroom and received great customer service at that time as well. — Mahalo
We have a couple of condos on Kaanapali Beach and while doing our maintenance run we felt the mattress in one unit needed to be replaced. Instead of driving over to Kahului we found Maui Bed Store just a few minutes away. Mitch met us at their store and we tested all of the beds he recommended. He explained all about the different mattresses and which ones would be best for our use. We found the perfect one (Sealy Posturepedic Daniel Lakes Cushion Firm TT King) and they had it delivered in 2 hours! The fact they have almost every mattress in stock is such a plus. The service they offer is super! They are all nice people and know their products well. When we visit again next year and replace the other unit’s mattress we will be call the Maui Bed Store again for sure! AND their prices were terrific!
This store (Chris and Frank) saved my vacation. I am staying at a condo in Lahaina and realized the bed is way too soft for my bad back. I was thinking of just sucking it up for the next 9 days, but realized that pain would affect my vacation, so I called Maui Bed Store the next morning and got a twin mattress delivered to my condo within an hour of purchasing it. Chris goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied and I really appreciate that – in all my Maui vacation planning I never factored in getting a mattress, but I am so happy that Maui Bed Store was there to get me what I needed. Whether you live on the island or am a guest, this place is for you if you need a mattress. Thanks Chris and Frank for your service and prompt delivery!
I would like to share my story, because it was SUPERB!! First of all, the buying experience was unique. TheY suggest appointments, which meant that I got very personal attention. The sales associate, Chris, knew EVERYTHING about every single mattress in the store, he answered all my questions and helped me come to a decision. Not only that, but he was so polite and friendly while I laid down and asked questions about every single mattress in the entire showroom. Then, the delivery was great, they arrived right when they said they would, and gave me a heads up call. When they got there I realized that the mattress was the wrong size WHICH WAS TOTALLY MY FAULT for not measuring, and they were so kind, they didn’t make me feel bad AT ALL. Dino called me the very next morning to arrange shipment of the correct mattress and assured me that it was not a problem at all.
I work in customer service myself, and I have to say, they went above and beyond during every step of the entire buying and delivery process. I would never go anywhere else, and I will recommend them to everyone I know. THANK YOU MAUI BED STORE!! YOU GUYS ARE INCREDIBLE!!!!
